Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Doxycycline Buy Hub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at doxycycline-buy.com and any related content, functionality, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our privacy practices. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
Eligibility and Intended Audience
The Services are intended for individuals located in the United States who are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Informational Purpose Only; No Medical Advice
The Services are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Content may include information about doxycycline, antibiotics, medical conditions, treatment options, potential side effects, and interactions. Such content is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation and should not be used as a substitute for professional judgment by a licensed healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, or treatment.
If you think you may have a medical emergency or are experiencing severe or unexpected symptoms, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you have read on the Services.
No Doctor–Patient Relationship; Not an Online Pharmacy
Your use of the Services does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, or other healthcare professional relationship with us. We do not provide medical or pharmaceutical services, we do not fulfill prescriptions, and we do not sell medications. Any references to pharmacies, telehealth providers, or medication pricing are provided solely for informational purposes.
Pricing, Availability, and Third-Party Information
The Services may display information about third-party products or services, including medication pricing or availability. Such information is provided "as is" for convenience and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, or availability of any third-party information. Any purchases you make from third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party and are subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
We may participate in affiliate or referral arrangements. We may receive compensation when you click on links or make purchases through third parties referenced on the Services. Such relationships do not influence our editorial content, which we strive to maintain as evidence-based and independent; however, you should independently verify any claims, prices, or offers presented by third parties.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations, including laws governing prescription medications and controlled substances.
- Use the Services to seek, facilitate, or encourage the purchase, sale, distribution, or use of prescription medications without a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Engage in scraping, crawling, data mining, or other automated data collection without our prior written consent.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code or interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Services.
- Use the Services to provide or solicit medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to or from other users.
- Attempt to circumvent any access or use restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
Accounts and User Content
We may enable you to create an account or submit content (such as reviews or feedback). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You retain ownership of user content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law. We may remove or refuse to publish any content at our discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, software, designs, and the compilation thereof, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by U.S. and international laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and exploit such feedback without restriction or compensation.
Privacy; No HIPAA Relationship
Your use of the Services is subject to our privacy practices. We are not a health care provider or a covered entity as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), and information you provide to us is not protected health information under HIPAA. Do not submit confidential health information to the Services. If you contact us by email, you understand that email may be insecure and unencrypted.
Electronic Communications and Notices
By accessing or using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us related to your use of the Services. We may provide notices by posting to the Services or by sending an email to the address you provide. Notices are effective when posted or sent.
Disclaimers of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all information, content, and materials provided through the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we or our owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit.
DMCA Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to notices of alleged infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content available on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice including: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (3) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Regulatory and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all laws applicable to you. Content referencing medications, including doxycycline, is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. References to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or other regulatory frameworks, if any, are for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement or compliance of any third-party products or services.
International Users
The Services are controlled and offered from the United States and are intended for U.S. residents. We do not represent that the Services are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. Accessing the Services from jurisdictions where the content is illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement
Read this section carefully. It requires you to arbitrate disputes with us and limits the manner in which you can seek relief.
Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek relief in small claims court for qualifying claims. The arbitration shall take place in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, unless the parties agree otherwise, and may be conducted by telephone or videoconference where appropriate. The arbitrator shall have the authority to grant any relief that would be available in a court, subject to the limitations of these Terms.
Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or our individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding. You and we waive the right to a jury trial.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending a written notice of your decision to opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and contact information in the body of the email. Your opt-out will not affect your other obligations under these Terms.
Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time in our discretion. Changes are effective when posted to the Services or on the date indicated in the "Last updated" line above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.
Governing Law
These Terms and any Dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Severability; Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, with respect to the Services.
Accessibility
We strive to make the Services accessible and usable for all users. If you experience difficulty accessing content, please contact us so we can assist and consider reasonable improvements.
